Where It All Started
Rebuild NOLA’s roots are deep in the 9th Ward. Founded by two passionate followers of Jesus who pursued different avenues to “make it out” of inner-city New Orleans, God drew both of them back to the heart of this community with the vision to see it transformed through the power of Christ.
We are deeply focused on discipleship, intentionality, and leadership development as week seek to see our community changed.
Heart for the City
The vibrant culture of New Orleans combined with the unique opportunities for grassroots community innovation post-Katrina have shone a spotlight on our city. We believe God is using our circumstances to unite his people across barriers of race, culture and denomination.
Thanks to our beginnings and to God’s grace, Rebuild has lots of inroads with families and ministries throughout the 9th Ward and New Orleans – putting us in a unique place to impact our city for the Gospel.
